I need help with networking my laptop to my PC my laptop is wireless and i have a wifi modem and i got a wireless adapter to the PC they both can run on the wifi modem and I'm trying to network them both do i need anymore hardware???

2. If the client for Microsoft networking installed on each machine?
3. If so, each machine must belong to the same workgroup.

Reply:Nope, they should both work of the same modem. You'll just have to set-up a peer-to-peer network if you want the laptop and the PC to talk to each other, use MS networking wizard to set it up
Reply:i dont have much experience i only work on the already networked pcs and never tried to network them..
