hi i have 4 pc and i want to connect all the pc for internet using i have one adsl line connection

To connect computers on a network to share the internet, you will need to get a router, either wired or wireless. Linksys makes good routers. I have a wired Linksys router.





So what you need to do is get the router and ''bridge'' the modem. You can call your DSL provider (ATT?) for directions.





Then, you will connect the DSL ethernet between the modem and a special port on the router. Now, you can connect ethernet wires between the router and different computers, or, if you have a wifi router, just connect wirelessly (you may need a security code for the wifi, either you make it or it is listed with the router).

Reply:Get a linksys or netgear router or the like, and hook the Ethernet coming from the Adsl connection to the WAN port of the router, then each computer to one of the other 4 ports.
