how do I set up a PC with Windows Server 2003, and set up a domain????

Install the server 2k3 and then you will be presented with the MANGE YOUR SERVER window. Add in AD, DHCP, and all of the other goodies. You will be prompted to configure your network along the way.
As for the PC, just join the domain one it is in place.
